积分入学主要是按照杭州市居住证积分管理指标体系，对申请积分入学的来杭人员各项指标量化并赋予分值，按照积分从高到低排序进行录取。

PS：各个区积分入学针对的是需要在杭入读小学一年级的适龄儿童，需要来杭转学的，转学问题需咨询居住地区教育局，是否有名额能接收。

申请杭州积分入学条件：

父母及入学子女持有杭州市区发的有效期内的浙江省居住证。

未满16周岁的未成年人申领《浙江省居住证》的，须提供父母双方居住证及其在市区连续缴纳社保满1年以上证明。

流动人口在居住地居住半年以上，符合有合法稳定就业、合法稳定住所、连续就读条件之一的，可以依照规定申领《浙江省居住证》。

没有居住证的，来不及办理居住证的，可以选杭州办事快办杭州人才引进居住证，杭州优先录取，入读杭州公办学校。

2020年杭州入学积分申报工作自3月1日到4月10日，有孩子要在杭州入读的，还未申报积分的，要抓紧时间。

孩子入学录取顺序是按照父母申请积分高低顺序，依次安排录取的，入学积分低，办杭州人才证，不参与积分入学方式，直接按照“三表生”优先录取公办学校。
